Skywatch Friday -Morning Sunrise

It has been a little while since I did a Skywatch Friday. This is a morning sunrise from earlier this week.

As you can see it was a frosty one! The sun has appeared so big in the sky that I couldn't resist a few zoomed in shots.

Into the fire so to speak.

There have been some gorgeous skies over the UK this week so for some of those and others from around the world, check out the Skyley Blogspot

All are gorgeous, but I think I like the first one best--the beginnings of a soft, gentle day. It amazes me what great beauty the sky produces day after day after day. Have a lovely weekend. Mickie :)

Hi Chrissy, it's so good to be back :-) I do love your blog, there is so much of interest and I could spend far too long here! As I have said before I am so envious of your ability to create such wonderful art work, how I wish I could draw!

The photos on this post are magnificent, I love the colours. I find colour very exciting.

I have really enjoyed looking through some of the posts I have missed.... And yes, the top looks perfect on you, definitely arty!

I loved the story of your son and his Christmas Eve story and I see we share the same favourite Christmas carol. Sinead's version is beautiful, only a tortured soul such as hers could make it sound so haunting I think.
